PMTS is an Insured service provider based in Indore and is engaged in a wide range of Weldable & Flange type radiator in the distribution power transformer manufacturing field. The Weldable Type Radiator we offer are widely used in various power supplying works. Precision designed, these radiators are highly effective in distribution transformers. The small radiators we offer require fewer accessories and can be directly welded to the transformer tanks. About our radiator:


Raw Material and Process Flow :

I. Radiator element having width of 300/240/230 mm using CRCA steel (TATA) of ''D'' grad having 1.0/ 1.2mm thickness as per customer's requirement.
II. Centre distance between top and bottom header pipe (C.C.) shall be minimum 400mm. and maximum 2000mm. is steps of 100mm. & Assemblies of 2 to 22 fins, as per customer’s requirements.
III. Pitch range is 75mm and 50mm in general. We can also provide 60mm.pitch on the specific requirement of the customer.
IV. The header pipe thickness shall be 2.5 mm minimum and having outside diameter of 50/75mm. as may be the requirement.
V. Standard accessories include M.S. square/round flanges, air vents, drain plugs, lifting hooks, and bracing straps, with customization available as per customer specifications.

300mm Rediator

A 300mm transformer radiator dissipates heat from transformer oil, ensuring efficient cooling and longevity. It features durable fins for optimal heat exchange in power distribution systems.

240mm Rediator

A 240mm transformer radiator dissipates heat from transformer oil, ensuring efficient cooling and longevity. It features durable fins for optimal heat exchange in power distribution systems.


Surface Preparation: Internal Surface

To prevent transformer oil contamination, the internal surfaces of the radiators are thoroughly cleaned as per ISO standards. A flush coating of varnish is applied, with additional internal surface painting available upon request.

Surface Preparation: External Surface

The radiators undergo finished painting using enamel or epoxy paint, or as specified by the customer. Our facility is an advanced painting system to ensure superior quality.

Testing Process: Leakage & Pressure Testing

Each radiator is individually pressure tested for leak-proof performance under water at 2 kg/cm² for 15 minutes using a standard water immersion test.

Inspection & Quality Checks: Our inspection process includes:

Dimensional & Tolerance Check – Ensuring radiators meet precise specifications. Welding Inspection – Visual assessment of weld quality. Internal Surface Check – Detecting any foreign bodies or contamination. Transportation & Storage Before dispatch, our Quality Control Division performs a final inspection to ensure radiator cleanliness and contamination-free surfaces. Each radiator undergoes rigorous quality checks developed by our team of qualified engineers and technicians.

To prevent contamination during transit or storage, flanges are securely covered. Additionally, protective measures are taken to avoid mechanical damage during transportation.
